At ZF Factory Watches, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our luxury-style watches. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must meet all of the following requirements:

Unused & Unworn – The watch must show no signs of use, scratches, resizing, or damage.
Original Condition – Must include original packaging, protective materials, tags, and accessories (box, strap, tools, etc.).
Proof of Purchase – A valid order number or confirmation email is required.


Acceptable Reasons for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

🔹 Damaged or Defective Item – The watch arrives damaged or has a functional issue.
🔹 Wrong Item Received – You received an incorrect model, color, or specification.

As all products on ZF Factory Watches are listed with real photos, detailed descriptions, and specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Exceptional cases may be reviewed at our discretion.


Refund Process

1️⃣ Inspection Upon Receipt – Returned items are inspected by our quality control team.
2️⃣ Approval Notification – You will be notified by email once the inspection is completed.
3️⃣ Refund Issued – Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (processing time may vary by payment provider).


Return Shipping Costs

🚚 Buyer Pays Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
🚛 Free Reshipment – If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the cost of reshipping a replacement.
